RH Vision LATAM ↔ UE® operates through a set of institutional frameworks designed to support structured thinking, strategic orientation and readiness analysis in complex international, academic and regulatory contexts.

These frameworks are not services, not products and not execution models.
They function as conceptual and methodological architectures that help institutions, organizations and decision-makers understand their current state, identify alignment gaps and prepare informed next steps.

All frameworks are applied contextually, respecting jurisdiction, governance structures and institutional autonomy.

RH Vision LATAM ↔ UE® opera mediante un conjunto de frameworks institucionales diseñados para apoyar el pensamiento estructurado, la orientación estratégica y el análisis de preparación en contextos internacionales, académicos y regulatorios complejos.

Estos frameworks no constituyen servicios, productos ni modelos de ejecución.
Funcionan como arquitecturas conceptuales y metodológicas que permiten a instituciones, organizaciones y tomadores de decisión comprender su estado actual, identificar brechas y preparar los siguientes pasos de manera informada.

Todos los frameworks se aplican de forma contextual, respetando jurisdicción, gobernanza y autonomía institucional.

🔹 FRAMEWORK 1 — UE-READY Navigator®

UE-READY Navigator® is an internal technical framework developed by RH Vision LATAM ↔ UE® to structure institutional readiness thinking and decision-support.

It provides a navigational logic that supports institutions and organizations in:

  • Mapping regulatory and institutional readiness dimensions

  • Identifying alignment gaps between local context and EU frameworks

  • Structuring executive-level decision discussions

  • Supporting human-led orientation processes

UE-READY Navigator® is not an application, not a standalone service and not an automated advisory system.
It exists exclusively as a support instrument within institutional, human-led engagements.

The Green HR & Talent Wellbeing Framework integrates workforce strategy, wellbeing principles and ESG-aligned talent governance.

It supports institutions and organizations in:

  • Understanding workforce readiness within ESG contexts

  • Aligning talent strategy with European sustainability and wellbeing principles

  • Structuring human-centric workforce models

  • Preparing for non-financial reporting and cultural alignment

This framework does not replace internal HR governance, labor regulation or occupational health systems.

  • Identify misalignments between governance, operations and talent

  • Prepare for EU-aligned ESG expectations without performing audits

  • Support internal decision-making and strategic prioritization

This logic is preparatory and orientative, not evaluative or certifying.
